CUSTOMER RETURN CLAIM PROCESS:

FOR CANADA:

FOR INTERNATIONAL:

FOR UNITED STATES:

Once your request has been reviewed, we will email you a return authorization number (RA #)

Once the product has been received and inspected (3-5) business days, a refund and/or credit will be applied and emailed to you for confirmation.

  • Original shipping charges and return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
  • Items returned that are not in 100% resalable condition will be subject to a restocking fee of 5-15%.
  • All exchanges will be processed as a refund and a separate order must be placed for the replacement product.

Please note: Products returned without an RA # will not be accepted and sent back to the shipper at their expense. RAs are valid only for 30 days and will be returned if received after 30 day period.

Once your claim has been received, please allow 1- 3 days for our team to review the case. Our warranty on products is as follows:

  • Product must display a defect that is strictly a manufacturer flaw. Products that display damage or weakness due to consumer use, crashes, or natural wear and tear are not covered in this process.
  • Once the claim has been investigated and is eligible for warranty, we are able to offer the customer a replacement product. If we no longer carry the product or the product is out of stock, our team will provide an alternative of equal value.
