POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a motivated and highly organized Marketing Specialist to temporarily support our marketing team during a busy period of brand activity, events, and racing season initiatives. This role will assist with a variety of marketing projects including event support, social media planning, athlete support coordination, and general marketing operations.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where they can support multiple marketing functions and help keep projects moving forward.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Event Marketing Support
- Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events, team launches, and brand activations.
- Support logistics such as materials preparation, coordination with vendors, and on-site event assistance when required.

Athlete & Rider Support
- Assist with athlete gear coordination, including ordering gear, managing allocations, and coordinating rider lettering and personalization.
- Work with internal teams to ensure athletes receive appropriate product support in a timely manner.
- Help support athlete-driven marketing initiatives and brand storytelling opportunities.

Rider Support Program Coordination
- Assist with managing the Troy Lee Designs Rider Support Program, including application tracking, communication with supported riders, and documentation.
- Coordinate gear allocations and maintain accurate program records.

General Marketing Support
- Provide support across the marketing department to help keep projects organized and on schedule.
- Maintain marketing calendars, track deliverables, and support cross-functional coordination between teams.
- Assist with general marketing administrative tasks and project follow-up.
- May assist in planning and organizing social media calendars and campaign timelines.
- May assist with assembling marketing communications plans and campaign materials
- Assist with organizing, prepping and at times cleaning marketing assets, tracking deliverables, and maintaining marketing calendars.
- Support cross-functional projects across digital marketing, content, sports marketing, and trade marketing initiatives.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, sports marketing, event marketing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
- Experience coordinating social media content or marketing campaigns preferred.
- Interest in motocross, mountain biking, action sports, or athlete-driven brands strongly preferred.
OTHER SKILLS & ABILITIES
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Position requires a minimum of 5 years of comprehensive experience in a marketing specialist or higher position. Bachelor’s degree required (does not have to be marketing specific). Motorcycle and bicycle industry experience strongly preferred. Technical gear and apparel experience is a plus.

POSITION SUMMARY
The junior product compliance analyst ensures products meet legal and safety regulations by reviewing new and existing products, coordinating testing, maintaining documentation, and assisting with regulatory research. Key responsibilities include supporting compliance strategy, identifying risks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams like product development and quality engineering.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
- Product review: Review new and existing products to ensure they comply with quality and safety regulations.
- Regulatory research: Research and stay updated on federal, state, and international laws and standards that affect the company's products.
- Testing and documentation: Coordinate product testing with vendors and third-party labs, maintain records of test results, and manage product safety databases.
- EPR policy support: Ensure all related functions and requirements are met for each sales region globally
- Strategy support: Assist in the development and implementation of compliance strategies, including preparing submission materials and managing recalls.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work with teams such as product development, quality engineering, and customer service to address compliance issues and provide necessary information.
- Risk management: Support quality risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks.
- Labeling and packaging: Ensure uniform labeling, packaging, and classification of products to meet compliance standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

SUMMARY
Troy Lee Designs is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Paint Shop Assistant to support daily operations within our paint shop department. The ideal candidate will assist with preparation, painting, finishing, and general maintenance tasks to ensure high-quality finishes on various products or surfaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
The successful candidate will be willing to work towards the next level of becoming a customer painter for the world’s fastest racers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Disassemble, remove, and store components from helmets and other various projects.
- Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and cleaning parts or materials.
- Sanding by hand in preparation for painting.
- Reassembly upon completion of paint.
- Assist in the application of paint using spray guns or other equipment under supervision.
- Load and unload items to and from painting areas, ensuring careful handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the paint shop and personal workspace, including tools and equipment.
- Assist with minor maintenance of paint booths and related machinery.
- Pack, process, and ship paint shop packages.
- Attention to detail
- Timely communication within the department regarding questions and concerns surrounding quality, timeline and/or other work-related issues.
- Follow all safety and environmental guidelines for handling chemicals and materials.
- Support our Designer/Painters and other team members as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in a paint shop, auto body, or manufacturing environment is an asset but not required.
- A willingness to learn general base coating, painting and clear coating with a spray gun.
- Ability to work with paints, solvents, and chemicals safely.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good physical condition; able to lift and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required (respirator, goggles, gloves, etc.)
- Ability to use and/or operate basic hand tools (manual and power-driven).
- General mechanical aptitude.
- Ability and willingness to follow direction and be a team player.
- Ability to work independently as needed.

SUMMARY
Troy Lee Designs, the leading brand in Off-Road Moto and Mountain Bike gear, protection, and accessories, is looking for a Custom Painter / Airbrush Artist to join our elite paint team. Our Artists are responsible for creating high quality custom paint jobs, graphics, and airbrush designs for pro-athletes and retails customers.
- Accurately reproduce a painted design or illustration via sketched drawings.
- Mix and apply paint to ensure proper paint coverage.
- Ability to work on curved surfaces with tape, stencils and paint masks.
- Create freehand designs to produce finished products, as portrayed in production drawings and renderings.
- Prep and repair different types of surfaces, including filling and sanding imperfections.
- Maintain accurate records of labor time and materials used.
- Use, maintain, and clean airbrushes, paint guns, and other paint shop equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area while observing and implementing proper safety practices.
- Assist other Artists with Maintaining Paint spray booth and other shop equipment.
- Follow the daily and weekly schedule while prioritizing projects in order to meet deadlines.
