As we prepare for a new year at Troy Lee Designs, we are taking a brief, intentional moment to refine our internal systems and elevate our fulfillment experience.
What this means for your order:
- Orders placed before December 21st (11:59 PM PST): Will be processed and dispatched according to our standard shipping timelines.
- Orders placed between December 21st (11:59 PM PST) and January 5th: Our website remains open for you to shop and reserve your favorite gear. These orders will be placed in our Priority Queue and will be the first to be dispatched when our fulfillment team returns on January 5th.
- Shipping Notifications: As soon as your order is prepared and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
